These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph78 ("ph78", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the ph78 website located at ph78.onl and all related services, platforms, applications, and products offered by ph78.

By accessing ph78, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, promotion, or service offered on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph78 platform and close your account.

ph78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ph78 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or prominent platform notification. Continued use of ph78 following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To register and maintain an active ph78 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person — corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register player accounts.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction on ph78 or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ph78 or its affiliated game providers.
• Your use of ph78 complies with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. ph78 conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification as required by its regulatory framework. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period specified by ph78 may result in the restriction or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending identity confirmation.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on ph78. The creation of multiple accounts for any purpose — including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or evading previous account closures — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ph78 login credentials, including your username and password. ph78 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your ph78 account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ph78 support immediately via live chat.

ph78 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise deal with your ph78 account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Any winnings, bonus credits, or loyalty points held in your account are not transferable except in the manner expressly provided for within the platform.

• Keep your contact details — email address and mobile number — current and accurate at all times.
• Notify ph78 promptly of any changes to your personal information via Account Settings or live chat.
• Log out of your ph78 account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an additional layer of security to your account.

ph78 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable minimum and maximum limits:

All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name and verified under your ph78 KYC profile. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment method not registered to you personally — are prohibited and will be returned where technically feasible, less any applicable processing costs.

ph78 does not accept deposits in cash, cryptocurrency, or any payment instrument not listed in the currently published payment methods. ph78 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time and will notify players of any material changes via the platform.

Withdrawal requests on ph78 are subject to the following conditions and procedures:

• KYC requirement: Your account must be fully KYC verified before any withdrawal is processed. ph78 will not process withdrawals from unverified accounts.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a payment method registered in your verified name. ph78 will not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer minimums may vary.
• Wagering requirements: Any bonus funds credited to your account must meet their associated wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Cash deposits are not subject to this restriction.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawal processing time for GCash and PayMaya is under three (3) minutes for verified accounts during normal operational periods. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. VIP players may be subject to higher limits as negotiated with their account manager.

ph78 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests where fraud, AML concerns, or breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, processing may be delayed and additional documentation may be required. ph78 will communicate any such delay and its reason to the affected player in a timely manner.

ph78 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms in addition to these general Terms. The following rules apply to all ph78 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Each promotion is available to one account per person, household, IP address, and device. Sharing a household or device does not entitle multiple residents to claim the same offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real money bets. Bonus funds staked on games excluded from bonus wagering do not contribute to the wagering requirement.
• ph78 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent promotional terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, structured betting patterns designed to eliminate wagering risk, or collusion — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, the forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses expire on the date specified in their individual promotional terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them are non-redeemable.

All games available on ph78 are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface and, where applicable, by the rules of the third-party game provider supplying that title. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and an individual game's rules, the individual game rules shall take precedence with respect to that specific game.

RNG (Random Number Generator) table games and slot games available on ph78 are sourced from certified providers whose RNG systems are audited by independent testing laboratories. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are displayed in the game's information panel before launch.

Live dealer games on ph78 are conducted by professional dealers in certified studio environments. All physical gaming equipment used in live broadcasts — cards, roulette wheels, dice — is regularly inspected and calibrated. ph78 accepts no responsibility for technical interruptions during live games but will make reasonable efforts to resolve any resultant disputes fairly.

• Bets placed after the designated betting window has closed are void.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, bets already committed will be settled according to the game result where technically possible. Where a result cannot be determined, the bet amount will be returned to the player's wallet.
• ph78 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where evidence of technical malfunction, software error, or manipulation is identified.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ph78 platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point, including during registration, KYC, or customer support interactions.
• Registering or operating multiple ph78 accounts.
• Using the platform for any purpose associated with money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting systems, or any form of prohibited technical assistance to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to generate or retain winnings derived from such errors. Winnings obtained via known errors must be reported to ph78 and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or ph78 personnel in any game.
• Engaging in chip dumping or any structured wagering scheme designed to transfer winnings between accounts.
• Accessing ph78 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Acting in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner toward ph78 staff, live dealers, or other players.

ph78 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ph78 players and can be configured from Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours after the change is requested.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications at intervals you select reminding you how long you have been playing.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your ph78 account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from ph78 for a minimum period of 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

All gaming activities on ph78 are intended exclusively for players aged 21 and above. ph78 co-operates with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and implements measures to prevent access by underage individuals and those identified as problem gamblers on the national exclusion register.

All content on the ph78 platform — including but not limited to the ph78 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, game content supplied by licensed providers, and software — is the intellectual property of ph78 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of the ph78 platform grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any part of the ph78 platform or its content without express written permission.
• Using ph78's brand assets, logos, or trade names in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code from any ph78 software or platform component.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph78 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ph78 platform or any services provided thereon.

ph78 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily restrict access. ph78 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

ph78's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ph78 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, bonus terms, payment conditions, or account eligibility — ph78 will:

• Publish the updated Terms on ph78.onl with a revised "Last Updated" date.
• Notify registered players via email and/or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of material changes where practicable.
• Allow players who do not accept the updated Terms to close their account and withdraw any eligible balance within the notification period.

Continued use of the ph78 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using ph78 and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

ph78 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any complaint regarding ph78's operations that cannot be resolved through ph78's internal complaints process may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official channels.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms. You agree that you will not commence any legal proceedings against ph78 in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.
